Job Summary
Responsible for handling the portfolio of Chief/Universal Teller in addition to supervision of tellers. Offering tellers consistent coaching to ensure delivery of quality service and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Support Customer Service Manager with the day to day administration of branch operations.
· Allocate daily cash till amounts to each teller.
· Process customer transactions from the teller window.
· Lead all control and compliance initiatives of the bank and those of the state bank in form on the bank’s self auditing program. Attain cross sell and liabilities targets. |
